At TRIARII you can lead transformational missions in one of four business roles.

Why TRIARII?

We have the culture, training, and projects to help you grow as both a person and professional. You will make a profound impact to our clients by helping them address their most critical business problems and opportunities. In the process, you will gain knowledge and experience in several business functions and industries. And most importantly, at TRIARII you will discover the full potential of who you really are.

Who do we look for?

We look for extraordinary people from any professional field. In addition to industry knowledge or business function expertise, there are four attributes that we value as we look for talents to join our firm:

Team Players: although we value individual brain power, the team concept is something extremely important to us. At TRIARII we strongly believe that difficult problems can be solved more effectively if we work collectively as a team. We like to collaborate in the workplace.

Problem-Solvers: when solving problems at TRIARII we ask questions and gather facts. But facts alone are not enough; we approach problems in a rigidly structured manner, a process that if followed correctly, will get us to a much faster and effective resolution. We like people who can systematically think through problems.

Creativity: we encourage our people to think in original and creative ways. We want them to use their creativity to work out new solutions. We believe in people who have made mistakes before because they are more experienced than those who have not.

Ownership: We love team members who work hard and take ownership over their work. Taking ownership is about taking initiative. We strongly believe that taking action is not someone else’s responsibility.

At TRIARII you can make a profound impact to our clients in one of four business roles:

Managing Partners are responsible for setting TRIARII’s vision, goals and strategy. They lead the client relationship and possess deep industry knowledge and business function expertise. They usually manage a few projects simultaneously, with the exceptions of business turnarounds and realignments, when exclusive dedication is offered. One of the main responsibilities of Managing Partners is to coach and mentor Business Directors and Business Managers.

Business Directors are responsible for structuring the problem-solving analysis and pulling together the slidedeck, an inter-connected set of documents containing both the analysis of the client’s problem and our proposed solution. They usually manage a few projects simultaneously and typically spend up to 8 hours a week at the client’s premises. Most importantly, they spend significant time coaching and mentoring both the Business Managers and Business Analysts.

Business Managers are responsible for coordinating the team’s project activities as well as ensuring that the TRIARII problem-solving methodology is rigorously and correctly applied. They share with Business Directors the responsibility of structuring the problem-solving analysis and pulling together the slidedeck. They typically spend up to 16 hours a week at the client’s premises.

Business Analysts come straight from a first (bachelor’s) university degree. They are responsible for research and data gathering, and are able to build sophisticated financial models in Excel and coherent Power Point Presentations. Business Analysts work full time at the client’s premises. If they came from an internship position with TRIARII, it means they completed our world-class, 15-month, Finance & Strategy Leadership Program.
